1. Hire goods to remain the property of the company at all times.

2. The hire period will commence from the time of delivery and will terminate following the collection of the hire goods.

3. During the entirety of the hire period, the customer will be responsible for the safekeeping of the hire goods and for keeping the goods in the same condition in which it was delivered.

4. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the hire goods and will be charged for any repair or refurbishment work that is necessary.

5 In the event of total loss or irreparable damage to any hire goods for whatever reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the goods. It is the customers’ responsibility to arrange insurance against this risk.

6. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the company is given access during both the delivery and the collection of the hire goods, and to ensure the hire goods are available for collection at the specified time.

7. The company will make every effort to deliver and collect the goods at the time requested by the customer, however, the company will not accept any liability for any expense in the delay in the delivery or the collection.

8. A delivery charge may apply depending on location.

9. In the event of a delay with the collection of the goods, the customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the goods at all times.

10. Any parking penalties or costs incurred on the delivery or collection of the goods will be the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the customer.

11. Any delays caused by the customer or additional journeys for the delivery or the collection will be subject to additional charges to the customer.

12. The company will reserve the right to substitute alternative goods of a comparative or superior quality subject to availability.

13. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the company on booking when the goods are ready for collection within the timescale of the hire period.

14. All hire charges quoted are per 1-days of hire. Other hire periods are available on request. No reductions or refunds will be made after the commencement of the chargeable period.

15. A none- refundable deposit is due on confirmation of booking.

16. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the hire date.

17. Acceptance of the quotation constitutes an order being placed and is subject to the following cancellation fees: -
Cancellation received more than 7 days before the event 25% of the invoice value...
Cancellation received within 7 days of the event 50% of the invoice value...
Cancellation received within 2 days of the event 100% of the invoice value...

18. Our products will be branded with our telephone number and company name, any attempt to remove this will be considered as damage, and this will be the responsibility of the customer for repair or replacement.

19. If the goods are returned before the specified due date, no refunds will be issued to the customer.

20. Payment in part or full of any contract to supply goods shall be deemed as full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We arrange a delivery set up and collection service to all our customers, Our Items should not be moved, Damage to our light-up numbers or any other equipment will be
charged for.  If Light up letters are to be moved during the hire period, the event company or customer must contact us for them to be moved, A charge may apply!!

Please note, Our light up numbers are for indoor use only!!



Delivery Instructions

 This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Collection Instructions

We can collect on the same evening after your event or the following day. (depending on agreed hire period).

We can discuss delivery and collection times with yourselves at the time of booking.

Upon collection, the goods will be checked for damage and functionality.
